Chris Hyland, Partner
Chris graduated from the College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio, in 1990. From 1992 to 1995, Chris attended law school at the Campbell University School of Law in Buies Creek, North Carolina. After graduating from law school, Chris joined Duffus & Associates, a large personal injury firm in Greenville, North Carolina. From 1998 to 1999, Chris managed the Duffus & Associates office in Fayetteville, North Carolina. In 1999, Chris returned to Durham and joined with John Padilla to open Hyland & Padilla, PLLC.
John Padilla, Partner
John graduated from Emory University in 1987. He attended law school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1987 to 1990. After obtaining his law degree, John practiced law with a law firm in Durham, North Carolina and a large personal injury firm in Greenville, North Carolina. John returned to practice law in his hometown of Durham in 1998.
Andrea Fowler, Associate Attorney
Andrea earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2006. She attended law school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she graduated in May of 2009. Andrea interned at the North Carolina Attorney General's Office and at Cranfill, Sumner, & Hartzog in Raleigh before joining Hyland & Padilla, PLLC.
